  • Do we need to balance ranges on anonymous tables?

We open in middle or early position with things like 65s or p33 partly for balance -- so that we can credibly represent hands on low flops. But on anonymous tables like Bovada/Ignition, why not join the other schlubs and limp our speculative hands? Lower variance, better pot odds. Obviously we can't do this on tables where there's a lot of raising, but there are regularly opportunities to join family pots at low cost.

Be sure to keep stop losses on your stock plays. Playing parabolic charts is a lot like going all-in every hand. It works great, until it doesn't. When cab drivers and shoe shine boys are giving stock tips, it's time to tighten your stops.

Sorry for telling you what you already know. Maybe I can get some help from you. I'm not sure how to get set up to invest in private placements. I've tried calling my broker, but I am put on hold until my work break is over. Glad you are back.
