Challenge Day 9 - homework question #41

In the video where it starts to get tricky, JL makes an adjustment where he puts 9 cards into the 'bet draw' category.

As these cards have already been marked as 'junk', should he not be placing a -9 adjustment on the 'junk' category?

This would of course also have given the better range distribution (70/30) between Marginal and Junk which JL tries to find by looking to move junk to bet draws which if I am correct he didn't need to do. Christ, I am beginning to sound like I know things. lol
