    I think your only options are to go all-in before the flop or fold. I am not a fan of cold calling 3-bets, especially from out of position. If the initial raiser and 3-bettor are somewhat tight., I think you have to make a snug fold. If they are "normal" or loose, I would be happy to get all-in.
